Your satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to provide you with the right products to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with our product, we will give you your money back. No refund will be made for shipping and handling charge. If the machine has been used during the 30 days, then there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of new filter and shipping and handline. Please call or e-mail us before returning the product. You will receive instructions on returning the item at that time. When returning the product, you must have original packaging, and the shipment must be insured for the original price of the machine. You must pay for shipping to return the item to us. UWG will provide a refund upon receipt and inspeciton of the product. Your refund will be given the same way your payment was made.

Return Procedures for UWG Service

If you attempted to fix the problem of your machine and the problem could not be resoved, please contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-810-1888. Our Customer Service Representative is glad to help you with troubleshooting.

If our Customer Representative gives you an authorization to send your machine for service at Universal Wellness Group, Inc. shop, please adhere to the following directions carefully. Without our prior authorization, service will not be provided by us.

1. Remove Filter before shipping.
When you ship the machine, if the filter is mounted, this will cause severe damage to the machine.

2. Provide us with detail diagnosis and problems of your machine in writing, enclosed with your package.

3. Make sure that the machine is packed in the original package and put into another box for shipping. A double package is mandatory to prevent any further damages. UWG is not responsible for any caused by improper packaging.

4. The Diverter Valve, the Flexible Metal Host, and other hoses must be removed and should not be shipped with the machine to us.

5. Write a correct return address and telephone number on the package for us to contact you, when needed.

6. Freight to UWG, must be prepiad.
