If you are an IBD, you have additional terms and conditions stated in your Registration Agreement and Business Compendium.
Intended Audience
This site is a business and commercial site, and therefore is not intended for persons under the age of 16. The material on this Website is published by Universal Wellness Group, Inc. as a service to its Independent Business Distributors and their customers who reside in the U.S.
This site is not intended for access or use outside of these countries. Universal Wellness Group, Inc. and its affiliates make no claims that the information located on this site is appropriate or legally accessible outside of these countries. Access to the materials on this site may not be legal by certain persons in certain countries. If you access or download any materials from this website from outside of the countries indicated, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws in your respective jurisdiction.
Purchase Terms
You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card. You are responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state/provincial, local and city taxes. You are responsible for payment of shipping and handling charges. Taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included on your order invoice.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you try our product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. (NOTE: Specific limited guarantees apply to designated products.) This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to IBD purchases for stock or inventory.
Please note that each "store" on the Universal Wellness website has its own return policy.
Confidentiality
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to Universal Wellness when making a purchase. You agree not to resell any merchandise or services you purchase, unless you are a currently authorized IBD. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any identification number, key or password that you are provided with ("Identifiers"). You agree to immediately notify Universal Wellness of any unauthorized use of these Identifiers, or any other breach of security. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under these Identifiers. Universal Wellness is not responsible for any misuse of your account by someone who uses your Identifiers.
Submissions
Any material, information or ideas you transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. They also may be disseminated or used by Universal Wellness or its related and affiliated companies for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast, posting, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to Universal Wellness will be handled in accordance with Universal Wellness’ Privacy Policy.
